About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle MDM / EDQ Consultant to join our team and support critical enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, driving data governance, and implementing robust data quality processes within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

MDM & EDQ Support: Leverage Oracle MDM and Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) solutions to support enterprise master data management requirements and ongoing enhancements.
Data Quality & Cleansing: Analyze master data to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and data quality concerns. Drive activities related to data cleansing, standardization, validation, matching, and profiling.
Process Configuration: Support the development, configuration, and maintenance of data quality rules and processes within Oracle EDQ.
Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical MDM- and EDQ-related issues efficiently.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with both business and technical stakeholders to understand master data and data quality requirements.
Testing & Documentation: Contribute to the testing, validation, and documentation of technical processes, configurations, and data quality requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:
- Hands-on professional experience with Oracle MDM (Master Data Management).
- Hands-on professional experience with Oracle EDQ (Enterprise Data Quality).
- Strong conceptual understanding of master data management and data quality principles.
- Experience working within complex enterprise data environments.
- Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot data-quality and master-data issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
