Job Description:
Join our vibrant and collaborative finance team in a full-time role based in New York, NY. 
This position involves bridging core accounting functions with management reporting and analysis. 
Reporting to the Controller, you will engage in general accounting operations, utilizing generic technology tools to perform your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Create and update management reports, including monthly and executive financial reports.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting by compiling data and documenting business assumptions.
Research and design key business intelligence metrics.
Deliver high-quality ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Prepare monthly hedge accounting reports and update policies as needed.

Qualifications
Solid understanding of accounting principles and banking products.
Experience in analyzing profit & loss and balance sheet statements.
Prior experience in management report preparation and budgeting.
Knowledge of commercial banking functions and regulatory laws.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in generic office technology tools.
