What You'll Be Doing
- Support plant maintenance activities through hands-on learning and mentorship.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing mechanical systems and equipment.
- Participate in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
What Are We Looking For
- A strong foundation in mechanical or industrial engineering principles gained through college or university studies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive learning mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate or travel as needed for training and development or future placement
