Overview
We're looking for a senior IT leader to own the enterprise technology strategy across ERP, eCommerce, business applications, and infrastructure/operations. You'll lead established teams, manage a portfolio of initiatives, and drive modernization including cloud transformation, integration strategy, governance, and security/compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and own enterprise technology strategy across ERP, eCommerce, applications, and infrastructure/operations
  • Lead and develop multi-disciplinary IT teams (applications, ERP, infrastructure/ops)
  • Oversee full lifecycle ownership of ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and supporting applications
  • Lead major project delivery end-to-end (scope, resources, schedule, design, build, deployment)
  • Ensure reliability, performance, scalability, and service delivery outcomes
  • Own integration strategy and delivery (ERP integrations, EDI, external platforms/APIs)
  • Establish IT governance, standards, security practices, and operating cadence
  • Partner with business leaders as the primary liaison between business and IT
  • Manage vendors/partners, contracts, and technology budgets
  • Support audit/compliance requests and maintain IT General Controls alignment
  • Define KPIs for service delivery and system performance; report progress and outcomes
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and identify practical modernization opportunities

Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong enterprise architecture understanding across ERP, eCommerce, applications, and infrastructure
  • ERP leadership experience; Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred (or comparable ERP)
  • Experience supporting eCommerce platforms and complex integrations
  • Cloud platform expertise (Azure and/or AWS), infrastructure, and security fundamentals
  • Strong SDLC and delivery methodology knowledge (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid)
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive execution across priorities
  • Vendor management and budget ownership experience
  • Excellent communication skills with executive-level stakeholders

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
