Key Responsibilities
This role will also serve as a key bridge between Commercial IT and business stakeholders, helping foster stronger communication, alignment, transparency, and execution across Commercial IT towers.
Success in this role requires building strong partnerships with the business, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring technology initiatives consistently deliver measurable business value.
Program Leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Owners, Marketing, Sales, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure successful program execution.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to establish each COE as a global standard for excellence across CMS, CRM, Data Analytics, eCommerce, AI-enabled workflows, and process automation.
• Manage all IT workstreams, including strategic third-party projects and integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve operational efficiency, project delivery, reporting, documentation, support processes, and business decision-making.
Project Management
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, staffing strategies, communication plans, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate and oversee technical activities and deliverables, ensuring progress toward milestones while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Act as a Scrum of Scrums lead to foster collaboration and guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate project planning, risk identification, status reporting, documentation generation, backlog refinement, and meeting summarization.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with program objectives.
• Assist in requirements gathering and organizational change management.
• Present recommendations and performance evaluations to stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Drive stronger collaboration between Commercial IT towers and business stakeholders to improve alignment, prioritization, transparency, and delivery outcomes.
• Help business stakeholders navigate Commercial IT capabilities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery processes to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Promote a service-oriented and business-focused culture within Commercial IT centered around communication, accountability, and measurable business impact.
COE Establishment and Best Practices
• Define and implement governance frameworks, workflows, and best practices to streamline eCommerce and commercial IT processes.
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge AI, automation, analytics, and process optimization capabilities to improve scalability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of KPIs and dashboards, leveraging tools such as Power BI to monitor and enhance performance.
