A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Technical Program Manager

Position type: Contract
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Hybrid 3 days in office)

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will:

Must have skills:

10+ years of experience in Technical Project management with Heavy Program Delivery Exp
5+ years of exp in managing Cloud Migration and DevOps Programs.
5+ years of minimum experience with Supporting Regulatory Reporting and Governance.

Top Responsibilities

Regulatory Programs — CAT, EBS, SEC 605/606, TAF

Program Delivery — timelines, risks, dependencies, cross team coordination

DevOps Governance — infra modernization, vulnerabilities, security remediation, release governance

Executive Reporting — PowerPoint decks, dashboards, scorecards, Jira/Confluence reporting

Agile Leadership — sprint planning, standups, retros, release planning

Required Skills

Program/Project Management or PMO background

Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall experience

Executive communication + PowerPoint/Excel reporting

Experience in regulatory, compliance, DevOps, or cloud initiatives

Strong risk, controls, and dependency management

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communicator (technical + executive

Strong governance + delivery discipline

Comfortable with regulatory deadlines and production risk environments

Can drive modernization + cloud migration programs

Highly organized and proactive

Success Indicators

Clear visibility into regulatory + DevOps programs

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70.00 - $74.00 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
