Job Duties:

Responsible for keeping agency IT systems running smoothly; installing and maintaining servers and applications, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, managing system security and access, performing backups, automating tasks with scripting, documenting procedures, improving workflows, completing technical projects, advising staff, and supporting enterprise level system standards from entry level to advanced administration.

You have basic technical experience, can troubleshoot computer problems, knows their way around Windows Server, communicates well, follows procedures, and is eager to learn and grow, and are a selflearner

You'd be a GREAT fit if:

You are very capable at solving complex IT problems without supervision, can lead projects, automate tasks, guide other staff, and help design and maintain secure, reliable systems.
