A financial services firm in Vienna, Virginia, is seeking a Risk and Compliance Systems Analyst to oversee security and compliance within an Oracle ERP Fusion environment. For more information please apply!
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
Setting: Hybrid 3x a week onsite
Responsibilities:
Performing user access reviews and managing privileged access across Oracle ERP Fusion
Monitoring Oracle Risk Management Cloud alerts and incidents
Documenting findings, root cause analysis, remediation plans, and audit evidence
Partnering with auditors to support ICFR requirements
Collaborating with various teams to maintain security and compliance
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Security and Compliance
High School Diploma / GED
Strong experience with Oracle ERP Fusion Security
Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud
Solid understanding of ICFR and Financial Compliance frameworks
Experience with User Access reviews and Risk Monitoring
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Prior experience in Audit, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management
Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts
Experience with OTBI Reporting
Experience with SIT and UAT test scenarios
Comfort with AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot
