Quanteam North America is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a Compliance transformation project at a leading global Corporate & Investment Bank in New York.

You will be the bridge between Compliance stakeholders, technology teams across the Americas and Head Office in Paris, and an external vendor. The goal of the project is to select, approve, implement, and test a RegTech SaaS solution for managing Laws, Rules and Regulations (LRR), regulatory inventory workflows, and compliance risk management processes.

What you will do\\n
Tool implementation
\\n
\\n - Run the gap analysis between vendor standard features and business needs, and track vendor deliverables
\\n - Coordinate configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
\\n - Define and validate user roles, access requirements, workflow steps, and approval paths
\\n - Support data connectivity between internal repositories and the vendor platform, covering data mapping, integration planning, and validation
\\n - Plan and run UAT: test cases, acceptance criteria, defect tracking, and retesting
\\n - Support change management through user guides, training sessions, and post-go-live support for Compliance users
\\n
\\n
Process and governance
\\n
\\n - Map As-Is and To-Be processes and identify optimization opportunities
\\n - Prepare documentation for internal IT governance reviews, including architecture, security, and AI committees
\\n - Coordinate questionnaires, presentations, and diagrams across local IT, Head Office IT, Compliance, and the vendor
\\n
\\n
Stakeholder management
\\n
\\n - Work alongside the Project Manager to keep business and technology aligned on timelines and deliverables
\\n - Track dependencies, approvals, and follow-up actions
\\n - Maintain documentation of requirements, decisions, assumptions, and open items throughout the project
\\n
\\n
\\n
What you bring\\n
\\n - 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
\\n - Hands-on experience with SaaS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, and coordination between Compliance and IT
\\n - Strong documentation skills covering business processes and functional and technical requirements
\\n - Good understanding of integration concepts, user access and role design, and the SDLC
\\n - Working knowledge of AI terminology and processes
\\n - Experience in a regulated environment with formal governance and approval processes
\\n - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
\\n - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
\\n
\\n
\\n
Nice to have\\n
\\n - Familiarity with regulatory inventory, obligation management, GRC, and compliance risk management
\\n - Experience implementing RegTech tools such as Archer
\\n - Experience writing API specifications or supporting integration projects
\\n - Knowledge of third-party risk management and IT due diligence
\\n - Fluency in French
