We are seeking a Business Continuity Testing Coordinator responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of business continuity testing for critical mainframe hosting environments. This role involves engaging with multiple stakeholders across infrastructure and application teams to ensure successful testing events, meet objectives, and collate evidence and documentation according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple technology teams in the planning and execution of business continuity testing.
- Engage with stakeholders from infrastructure and CIO teams to deliver successful testing events.
- Ensure business continuity testing objectives are met and properly documented.
- Collate evidence and documentation in line with required specifications.
- Lead diverse groups through the execution of complex business continuity plans.
- Operate within a sensitive and critical production environment, often under pressure.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in a role responsible for business continuity testing coordination or a related discipline within a highly regulated technology environment, such as banking.
Technical Skills:- Proven understanding of a wide range of technology principles, with experience in business continuity solutions.
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira.
Professional Skills:- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of technology roles, up to executive leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven track record of execution within sensitive and critical production environments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mainframe technology.
- Experience utilizing Cutover software.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is estimated to be $55.00/hr - $60.42/hr.
