Expert Readiness and Change Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Staff Program Manager - Expert Readiness and Change Management to join their team in San Diego, CA.

Overview:
Come join the client's Expert Network Team as a Staff Program Manager driving readiness for changes impacting our customer success expert ecosystem. Our AI-driven platform and network of the client's experts include thousands of diverse and talented experts around the world who are skilled at using our products and in their professional disciplines as tax attorneys, credentialed tax/accounting experts, and bookkeepers. In this exciting role, you will collaborate across multiple teams and functions to enable awesome experiences and operational efficiencies.

As a Staff Program Manager, you will lead the work to ensure our experts are prepared and changes are implemented with excellence so that our teams can delight our customers. Successful candidates will have prior change management experience and are highly passionate about improving processes and collaborating across teams to drive change at scale, with high velocity and adoption.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of initiatives and ensure appropriate readiness workstreams are identified, plans are developed and seamlessly executed to our -Definition of Done- standard, ensuring seamless adoption of changes and creating an excellent experience for experts amidst change
* Assess risk across workstreams and drive appropriate mitigation efforts, prioritization, and tradeoffs, resulting in on-time releases with high adoption and no/minimal defects
* Partner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps and proactively communicate changes
* Coordinate development and delivery of expert UAT, training, help content, and SOPs
* Validate readiness, oversee release and evaluate how a change is performing, where there may be opportunities for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA a plus or equivalent experience
* 7+ years of program or project management experience
* 3-5 years of proven performance in change management
* Proficient with Google Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)
* Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
* Superb organizational skills and can demonstrate successful management of multiple projects at a time, delivering quality outcomes tied to business outcomes
* Sought after strategic partner, able to build and nurture strong relations and influence broadly
* Experienced in using AI for streamlining business tasks
* Lean, Six Sigma experience a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
