Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud to lead enterprise-scale implementations and drive scalable revenue transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will define architecture strategy, lead technical design, and ensure best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Solution Design
Design end-to-end solutions leveraging:
Salesforce CPQ
Revenue Cloud
Sales Cloud
Experience Cloud
Architect scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Lead-to-Revenue solutions
Define integration architecture with ERP, billing systems, tax engines, and payment gateways
Ensure governance, security, data integrity, and performance optimization
2. Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud
Lead full lifecycle implementations of CPQ and advanced pricing models
Architect complex:
Product bundling & configuration rules
Pricing rules & discount schedules
Multi-currency & multi-entity setups
Subscription lifecycle management
Design advanced approvals and revenue recognition integrations
Implement automated renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle workflows
3. Sales Cloud
Architect enterprise sales processes including:
Lead management
Opportunity management
Forecasting & territory management
Pipeline visibility & analytics
Implement automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Components
Enable AI-driven insights (Einstein capabilities)
4. Experience Cloud
Architect partner and customer portals
Design secure sharing models and role hierarchies
Enable:
Self-service quoting
Order tracking
Case management
Optimize UX and performance for external users
5. Integration & Technical Leadership
Design API-led integration patterns (REST/SOAP/Middleware)
Work with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
Lead DevOps strategy (CI/CD, source control, scratch org strategy)
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Provide mentorship to developers and admins
Required Qualifications
10+ years of CRM experience; 5+ years in Salesforce architecture
3+ years hands-on experience with:
Salesforce CPQ
Revenue Cloud
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
Experience with ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite)
Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
Preferred Certifications
