Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Type: Contract
Compensation: W-2 or C2C, Negotiable
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid, must be local to Memphis, Tues, Wed, Thur are ONSITE
Hours: 40 hrs a week expected
Security Clearance: No clearance is required, however, client will require a background test
This is a BA role, not a Developer or Administrator or Architect or PM role.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business units (IT, HR, Security, Facilities, etc.) to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Understand current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) processes
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow ready requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and design sessions
- Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders
- Ensure design follows ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and architecture principles
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Strong project management skills (e.g., Agile, Scrum), including tracking project progress and task completion
- Strong problem-solving and attention to details, especially regarding healthcare data and governance framework
- Create clear communication through emails and documentation; convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Organize data and documentation methodically while maintaining comprehensive records
- Demonstrate proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible personal attributes
- Maintain ethical, trustworthy, and reliable conduct with sensitive information
Requirements - Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or data/business analysis
