Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead
Summary
- Experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead to lead the technical workstream across Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support engagements. The candidate will be responsible for technical design, development oversight, resource management, and successful delivery of all technical components.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud technical workstreams including Data Conversion (HDL), Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Security, Fast Formulas, Approval Workflows, and Web Services.
- Manage and mentor technical consultants and developers, including work assignment, quality reviews, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Leads, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and customer stakeholders.
- Prepare and/or support technical estimates, solution designs, status reports needed.
- Participate in CRPs, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and be able to explain Oracle HCM technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, development standards, and project governance processes.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience with multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, Security, Approval Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and coordinating offshore delivery.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive technical workstreams to successful completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
- Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Recruiting, and Talent modules.
- Experience with Redwood, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Oracle Cloud release management.
Work Site: India
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
