Responsibilities/Skills:
Achieves IT Staffing sales targets
Successful conversion of referrals and prospecting leads into clients to build an optimal sales pipeline
Strategize offerings, market positioning and sales
Manage end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including:
Initial client communications
Negotiations and deal signing
Full-Cycle process driven and business success oriented ownership Skill and Experience Requirements
Working directly with Direct Clients/Tier 1 Vendors and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles.
Generating new Leads, Maintaining the contacts database, Segregating the leads and adding new contacts to database.
Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets already established contacts in the IT staffing industry.
Maintain and create relationships with industry contacts.
Collaborate with other Account Managers and Recruiters in order to find optimal job matches.
Responsible for getting New Leads/ clients and maintaining Existing Clients
Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients.
