Job Title: QA Engineer – MuleSoft

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of MuleSoft applications and APIs.
• Validate Publish/Subscribe (Pub/Sub) APIs, including event-driven integrations, message publishing, and subscription workflows.
• Test integrations between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Validate Email and SMS journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including triggers, customer segmentation, message delivery, and journey execution.
• Analyze ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) logs to troubleshoot MuleSoft platform issues.
• Monitor API requests, responses, error handling, and data flow across integrated systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for API and integration testing.
• Perform regression testing and validate fixes across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and integration teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce integrations.
• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Publish/Subscribe (Pub/Sub) APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Experience validating Email and SMS customer journeys in Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with ELK Stack log analysis for MuleSoft platform monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
