Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Trintech Frontier (Fiserv) Application Consultant to support application upgrades, system deployments, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Trintech Frontier and a solid understanding of financial systems and application lifecycle management.
This role involves working closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful upgrades, testing, and system stability.
Key Responsibilities
Support and manage Trintech Frontier (Fiserv) application environments.
Perform application upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.
Lead and support testing activities including system, regression, and UAT testing.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
Track tasks, defects, and enhancements using Jira.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and system reliability.
Required Skills (MUST HAVE)
Strong hands-on experience with Trintech Frontier (Fiserv).
Experience in application upgrades and system deployments.
Experience supporting testing (SIT/UAT/Regression).
Proficiency using Jira for issue tracking and project management.
Nice to Have
Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday financial systems.
Background in finance or accounting systems.
