Salesforce Architect

Salesforce Architect who will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and business objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical user stories
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including data models, integration patterns, and system diagrams
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to off shore development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce implementations
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices
• Assists other Salesforce Dev team members in solutioning and ideating towards increased overall system efficiency
• Participate in Change Action Board activities and production deployments
• Conducts requirement analysis and QA functions.

Required

• Strong proficiency with Flows, APEX, LWC, Einstein and Custom Settings
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that involve internal and external customers
• Strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• 7 years of related experience required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Administration
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Development
• Bachelor's degree
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification is required
• Preferred
• Prior off-shore development work management experience preferred
• Prior banking and/or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with DocuSign is preferred
• Experience with nCino or other loan origination system is nice to have
