Job Responsibilities:

Provide implementation strategy and guidance for ServiceNow SPO module.
Lead requirements definition, solution design, and configuration advisory.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives within the SPO module.
Offer integration consulting for seamless ServiceNow ecosystem connectivity.
Maintain platform governance and assess cross-platform impacts of changes.
Collaborate with project teams and implementation partners for successful deployments.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring SPO module compliance and stability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with strong SPO module expertise.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) SPO (preferred).
Strong understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Experience in integration requirements and implementation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
