We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) initiatives. Operating within a SAFe Agile framework, you will bridge the gap between technical development teams, data engineers, and business leaders to drive operational excellence and scale our platform capabilities.

responsibilities:
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Program Leadership
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of enterprise programs centered around the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate overarching business objectives into actionable AEP roadmaps, clear delivery milestones, and measurable success metrics.
- Change Navigation: Maintain program stability, direction, and momentum during complex data migrations, platform integrations, or periods of ambiguity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with internal development teams, data engineers, and business leaders to ensure seamless platform delivery and utilization.
- Bridge-Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and aligning technical capabilities with marketing goals.
- Blocker Removal: Proactively resolve cross-team dependencies, technical bottlenecks, and barriers to platform adoption.
Operational Excellence & Risk Governance
- Process Architecture: Develop and maintain robust program documentation, workflows, and governance processes tailored to enterprise platform delivery.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on program performance using data, dashboards, and reporting tools to inform key business decisions.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential platform integration or timeline risks early, design proactive mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately for timely resolution.
qualifications:
Program or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale enterprise platform programs.
Prior experience managing, implementing, or optimizing programs utilizing the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with extensive experience presenting to and collaborating with senior executive leadership.
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Adobe Certified Expert/Professional designations are a major plus.
Technical & Core Competencies
SAFe Agile: Deep understanding and practical experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) concepts, specifically Program Increment (PI) Planning.
Agile Tooling: High proficiency navigating and managing workflows within Agile methodologies and Confluence/Jira ecosystems.
