Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Integrated Toolchain Lead to define and implement an integrated toolchain strategy supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role will focus on tool architecture, integration, governance, end-to-end traceability, SAFe alignment, analytics, and adoption across enterprise architecture, delivery, testing, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the Integrated Toolchain (ITC) vision and architecture aligned with SAP Activate and SAFe delivery models.
- Establish end-to-end traceability across business processes, enterprise architecture, agile delivery, testing, and defect management.
- Lead setup and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM, SAP LeanIX, JIRA/JIRA Xray, and Tricentis TOSCA.
- Design and manage integrations across CALM, JIRA, LeanIX, and related enterprise tools.
- Establish ITC governance, operating models, workflows, taxonomy, ownership, and change-management controls.
- Align toolchain capabilities with SAFe constructs, including ARTs, PI planning, cross-ART dependencies, and PI objectives.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs covering delivery metrics, backlog health, test coverage, defect leakage, architecture insights, and operational visibility.
- Support audit compliance, data quality, access governance, and release management.
- Conduct tool onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for functional and technical teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, PMO, QA, security, Basis, system integration, and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology, SAP transformation, or integrated toolchain environments.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, including Greenfield and/or Brownfield programs.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Hands-on experience with SAP LeanIX for enterprise architecture repositories and capability mapping.
- Strong experience with JIRA/JIRA Xray.
- Experience with Tricentis TOSCA for test automation and regression testing.
- Experience establishing and implementing integrated toolchains for SAP transformation programs.
- Experience with large-scale manufacturing SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience integrating process, architecture, delivery, and testing tools.
- Strong understanding of SAFe delivery practices, including ARTs, PI planning, and cross-ART dependencies.
- Experience establishing toolchain governance, workflows, taxonomy, access controls, and data-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Signavio and its integration with LeanIX and Cloud ALM.
- Experience supporting global, multi-vendor SAP transformation programs.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, delivery KPIs, and operational reporting.
- Experience with audit compliance, governance, and enterprise tool adoption.
- Experience conducting tool onboarding and training across functional and technical teams.
Work Arrangement
