Systems Analyst II

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring Systems Analyst II in Pittsburgh, PA, 15212

As a Systems Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

• Provide oversight of deployments, enhancements, and process changes
• Coordinate, investigate, and resolve production support issues across systems
• Support system upgrades, acquisitions, and technology expansions, including legacy system integrations
• Ensure systems remain secure and compliant, maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture
• Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives, including recommending system enhancements or replacements
• Continuously expand skillset in line with evolving technologies and business needs
• Lead and coordinate offshore technical team
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Provide direction, oversight, and quality control
• Work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, including Business users (finance, procurement, etc.), Technical teams, External/3rd-party partners
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability
• Proactively identify issues
• Catch and correct errors early
• Advanced SQL proficiency (Write complex queries from scratch, Optimize and enhance existing queries)
• Strong experience with: Data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, Data security
• Oracle EBS: Understanding of underlying database structure, Experience working within EBS-based DW environments
• Performance tuning
• Stored procedures analysis
• Troubleshooting complex data/system issues
• Sbility to collaborate with DBAs and make performance recommendations
• Working knowledge of Linux environments
• Awareness of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and impacts
• Understanding of how data supports key business functions: Finance, Accounts Receivable / Credit, Procurement
• Experience feeding or supporting data pipelines into: Hyperion, Reporting/data visualization tools

This is a Full Time, Contract to Hire role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Information Technology experience
• Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL Processes, and Data Security
• Experience supporting Oracle Data Warehouse environments
• Experience coordinating offshore technical teams
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years supporting Data Warehouse solutions
• Oracle ERP knowledge (Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
• Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, SQL, Linux
• SDLC knowledge
• Performance tuning and stored procedure analysis
• Experience supporting Hyperion, Power BI, or other reporting tools
• Leadership and project coordination experience

Pay Range: $50.00 to $58.00 per Hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
