Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Recruitment Module Lead to support an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and ongoing production support engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM Recruiting, along with solid exposure to Core HR, Onboarding, and HCM Security.

This role requires a senior-level consultant who can lead recruitment module activities, advise stakeholders on best practices, and ensure Oracle HCM solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Oracle HCM Recruiting module implementation and configuration
Support and integrate Recruiting with Core HR and Onboarding
Advise business stakeholders on Oracle HCM best practices and solution design
Conduct requirement gathering, solution workshops, and functional design sessions
Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business needs
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and deployments
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
Document functional designs, configurations, and processes
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Recruiting

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Recruiting
Experience with Core HR and Onboarding
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Security concepts
Experience advising clients on packaged Oracle HCM solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing role

Required Qualifications

Senior-level Oracle HCM Consultant experience
Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Recruiting implementations
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud production support and enhancements

Nice to Have

Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
Experience with HCM integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, or BIP Reports
Prior experience working with IBM projects or enterprise-scale implementations
