Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Lead to support the implementation and production support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The consultant will play a key role in advising clients on best practices, leading payroll-related activities, and ensuring successful integration of Oracle HCM modules into the client’s business environment.

The role focuses primarily on Oracle HCM Payroll, with additional exposure to Core HR, and supporting knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementation and support activities

• Configure and manage payroll processes aligned with business and compliance requirements

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate Payroll with Core HR

• Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices and solution optimization

• Support payroll testing, validation, and issue resolution

• Provide production support and troubleshoot payroll-related issues

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation

• Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and security standards

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll

• Experience leading Payroll implementations or enhancements

• Solid understanding of Core HR integration with Payroll

• Client-facing consulting experience

Nice to Have

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification

• Experience with payroll integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports

• Prior IBM project experience
