Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Core HCM Lead to support the selection, implementation, and ongoing production support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This role will focus primarily on Core HR, with preferred exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM Security. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure Oracle HCM solutions are effectively integrated into the client’s business environment and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementation and support activities

• Advise clients on Oracle HCM solution selection and best practices

• Configure and support Core HR business processes

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless system integration

• Support Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security modules as needed

• Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into Oracle HCM solutions

• Support testing, validation, and production issues

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation

• Ensure compliance with quality, performance, and security standards

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR

• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations or enhancements

• Client-facing consulting experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification

• Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BIP Reports

• Prior IBM project experience
