Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong Public Sector K-12 experience to support an implementation and ongoing production support engagement for Baltimore City Public Schools. The consultant will be responsible for advising, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Core HR, and additional exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security.

This role requires deep functional expertise, strong consulting skills, and experience working directly with education-sector stakeholders to ensure Oracle HCM solutions align with business, compliance, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations and enhancements

• Advise clients on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud in K-12 public sector environments

• Support configuration and optimization of:

  • Core HR

  • Recruiting

  • Onboarding

  • HCM Security

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions

• Integrate Oracle HCM modules into the client’s business environment

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Ensure solutions meet compliance, data security, and reporting requirements

• Participate in client workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews

• Document configurations, processes, and solution designs

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud

• Deep expertise in Core HR

• Experience with Recruiting and Onboarding modules

• Understanding of Oracle HCM Security concepts

• Proven experience supporting Public Sector / Government / K-12 education clients

• Ability to work independently and directly with client stakeholders

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level Oracle HCM Consultant experience

• Prior K-12 Public Sector Oracle HCM project experience is mandatory

• Experience with Oracle HCM implementations and post-go-live support

• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Nice to Have

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications

• Experience supporting large school districts or multi-entity public organizations

• Exposure to integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, or BIP reports
