Summary

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for supporting a Product Manager in executing the vision for one or more digital products at ***Client***. Ideal candidates will have experience working in an agile framework on customer-facing websites and e-commerce solutions. This position will have a strong role in planning new initiatives and user experience requirements, in partnership with designers, to drive new marketing channel improvements, sales growth and user experience gaps in digital to brick and mortar interactions.
In this role you will:
Deliver on-time business results and customer value by serving as voice of the end-user/customer
Create user experience visualizations/flows/diagrams.
Break down epics and map user stories in collaboration with solution architects
Document story details based on the epics after reviewing with development.
Organize and optimize the value of the work done by development teams
Continually track product performance to inform future work
Translate the voice and needs of customer into user stories, engaging users as needed
Create acceptance criteria and support the execution of UAT
Engage in continuous discovery to understand customer needs
Leverage empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization
Lead backlog grooming to refine and estimate story pointing.
Determine tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and speed to execution
Prioritize work through a well-organized backlog of user stories and clearly communicate what needs to be done and by when
Participate and at times lead core Agile meetings with one or more teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo, Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming)
Coordinate and execute review sessions with key stakeholders
Create test cases and support the execution of UAT.
Interface with outside suppliers for: story reviews, design reviews, scrum meetings, etc.
Participate and possibly lead core Agile meetings with one or more teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo, Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming)
You should have:
3+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in 1 or more organizations; Digital or Software product experience preferred
Experience taking high level strategic goals and effectively translating into specific product strategies and tactics
Experience leading merchandising and website user experience enhancements to deliver conversion and consumer engagement
Experience defining recommendations and requirements through data driven decision making, including leveraging e-commerce analytics to identify and quantify improvement opportunities
Experience working directly with business stakeholders
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Jira or other related Agile management tools
Experience with Agile development methodologies, user centered design and lean project processes
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Agile Certifications from Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Product Owner) preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
