Detailed Job Description
- Minimum 8 plus years of experience of ServiceNow development and configuration in HRSD module and Scoped application, with a SNOW partner.
- More than eight plus years of technology experience supporting a complex application with integration points across other systems.
- Experience with complex integrations both Rest API and batch file feed-based integration via mid-servers is a must.
- Basic Knowledge of Virtual agent, NLU.
- Knowledge of agent workspace, Advanced work assignment, application upgrades is required.
- Experience with JavaScript, JSON, Java, and API programming is required.
- Experience with SSO and mutual authentication-based security is a plus.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or Relational Database development desired.
- Experience with test driven development, agile practices, and tools desired.
- Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support.
- Strong analytical skills, interpretive and evaluative skills.
- Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams.
- Outstanding documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and resourceful approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to clients.
- Must be service-oriented, team player, work independently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including support on release weekend.
