Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, SLDS, SOQL, and Flows.
  • Strong governor limit awareness and bulkification patterns.
  • Hands-on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience, including data models for Accounts, Financial Accounts, Policies, and Relationships.
  • Integration experience with REST/SOAP callouts, Platform Events, idempotency, and error handling.
  • Knowledge of headless agents, Agentforce, and awareness of Salesforce MCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as SFDX, Git, and at least one of Flosum, Copado, or Gearset.
  • Solid understanding of security fundamentals including FLS/CRUD, sharing rules, and least privilege.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment including daily standups and sprint planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to flag blockers and provide accurate ETAs.
  • Strong code review skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy Apex, LWC, and Flow solutions on Financial Services Cloud.
  • Own integrations with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
  • Write meaningful unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Work within established CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and Flosum.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Conduct and receive code reviews to provide useful feedback.
  • Support QE with test scenarios and production bug triage.
  • Perform development work across the insurance domain, including policy, claims, producer management, and client relationships.

Nice to Have:

  • OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Experience Cloud or Communities.
  • MuleSoft or middleware integration patterns.
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II, FSC Accredited Professional, or Application Architect.
  • Insurance domain depth in policy lifecycle, claims processing, or broker/producer management.
  • Productive use of GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Claude.
  • Full stack exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or .NET for integration services collaboration.
