We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solution architecture, platform governance, integrations, and enterprise workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions
• Establish and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices
• Lead complex platform development, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives
• Define integration strategies across enterprise systems including Azure, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
• Provide architectural oversight for platform enhancements and modernization efforts
• Support production issues through troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive platform strategy and roadmap
• Recommend innovative platform improvements and automation opportunities
• Assist with reporting, analytics, and operational improvements
