Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented POP Retail Designer to join our team in Chatsworth, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in designing impactful visuals and displays for the amusement and entertainment industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with brand teams and bring imaginative concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
Design engaging point-of-purchase displays and mock-ups that align with brand messaging and target audiences.
Collaborate with brand teams to develop creative solutions for retail marketing and packaging design.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to create high-quality visual assets.
Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and project updates while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.
Apply your understanding of toy industry trends to create innovative designs that resonate with customers.
Ensure consistency and visual appeal in all creative outputs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Review and refine designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output.POP
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
Proven experience in graphic design, packaging design, and retail marketing.
Familiarity with creating point-of-purchase displays and mock-ups.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the toy industry and experience designing for related products.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with brand teams and stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
A portfolio showcasing your design skills and relevant projects.
