Project Manager
Remote Role
W2 Only (NO C2C / C2H)
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing business process design, discovery, and working sessions from planning through deployment. This role partners with business leaders, facilitators, and cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, drive alignment, manage project timeline/schedule, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes that support project goals and organizational priorities.
Planning and Session Preparation
• Define session objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with business and project stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive session plans, agendas, timelines, and expected deliverables.
• Identify required inputs, dependencies, and participant roles.
• Ensure pre-work activities, process documentation, and supporting materials are completed prior to sessions.
Stakeholder Management
• Establish and maintain relationships with business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure participation and decision-making readiness.
• Lead communications regarding session objectives, expectations, outcomes, and next steps.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities.
Session Leadership and Facilitation
• Partner with lead facilitators to guide productive discussions and achieve session objectives.
• Drive decision-making and consensus-building across stakeholder groups.
• Ensure business requirements, pain points, opportunities, and design decisions are clearly documented.
• Validate that session outcomes align with project objectives and business needs.
Risk and Issue Management
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles affecting project outcomes.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership and governance teams as required.
• Monitor and manage RAID logs throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliverables and Follow-Up
• Ensure all session outputs, recommendations, and decisions are documented and communicated.
• Review and approve final deliverables for completeness and quality.
• Coordinate stakeholder review and formal sign-off of recommendations and proposed solutions.
• Lead follow-up activities and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project performance, budget tracking, and status reporting for leadership and project stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management, business transformation, or process improvement experience.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and project governance activities.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
