Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Plan and coordinate business process discovery and design sessions, including objectives, agendas, timelines, dependencies, participants, and required pre-work.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making, and communicate project objectives, outcomes, and next steps.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions; maintain RAID logs and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage project deliverables, action items, stakeholder approvals, budget tracking, performance reporting, and project status through deployment.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, process improvement, stakeholder management, and project governance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading business process design, discovery workshops, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional working sessions.
- Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and executive status reporting.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
