Job Description & Summary

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. This position will be part of PwC IT Services (US) LLC, a member of the PwC network of firms. The Opportunity
As part of the Information Technology team you are expected to apply analytical skills working
with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from
product roadmaps. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts,
focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project
success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing,
and inspiring others to deliver quality.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of experience in progressive roles managing IT system/software development and
project management processes

What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management
Information Systems preferred
- IIBA
- Understanding of requirements from the business perspective
- Understanding of the SDLC activities
- Analyzing business and user needs
- Performing Senior Business Analyst responsibilities

The salary range for this position is: $105,000 - $163,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
