Job Description

We are looking for talented and motivated Data Scientists to join our growing team. We are conducting bulk hiring for multiple Data Scientist positions and are seeking candidates with strong experience in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models.
• Build predictive models and data-driven solutions.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms.
• Work with structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and analytics teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve data science solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and other data science libraries.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Analytics.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with model development, validation, and deployment.
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or MLOps is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
