Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale data migration and modernization initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex data programs involving Snowflake, SAS Campaign jobs, and downstream analytics and reporting platforms. The TPM will oversee historical and incremental data loads, platform cutovers, parallel runs, data validation, and stakeholder governance within a highly regulated enterprise environment. This position requires a strong combination of project leadership and technical expertise across data platforms, ETL processes, and legacy-to-cloud migrations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data migration and modernization programs. Manage historical and incremental data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Oversee platform cutovers, parallel runs, and data validation activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data platforms and workflows. Govern project timelines, risks, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and successful program execution. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance across Snowflake, SAS, and ETL-based data environments. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in technology project or program management. Proven experience delivering data migration or data platform modernization programs. Strong working knowledge of Snowflake data platform. Experience with SAS, SAS Campaign jobs, or SAS-based analytics workloads. Hands-on experience with ETL and data ingestion frameworks. Experience managing parallel runs, platform cutovers, and data validation processes. Strong experience working in regulated enterprise environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in banking or financial services domain. Education: Bachelors Degree
