Job Summary

We are seeking a senior, results-driven Director of Business Development with expertise in consultative sales within tax, valuation, and professional services. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience selling to CPA firms and enterprise clients, with a strong ability to build strategic partnerships, engage C-level stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on developing channel partnerships, managing a strong sales pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions across tax credits, deductions, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive business development by selling tax, valuation, and consulting services to CPA firms and end clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with CPA firms, business owners, and C-level executives.
  3. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and forecasting.
  4. Develop new client relationships and referral networks to expand market reach.
  5. Educate clients and partners on service offerings and value propositions through a consultative approach.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and client solutions.
  7. Maintain accurate CRM data and manage sales pipeline reporting.
  8. Partner with leadership to define sales strategies, quotas, and growth initiatives.
  9. Work with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and drive lead generation.
  10. Address client concerns and ensure smooth engagement delivery.
  11. Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  12. Travel as required to support business development and client engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 7+ years in Selling Accounting or Tax Services to CPA firm and Commercial Property Owner.
  • 4+ years of strong Sales experience in Accounting Industry.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM platforms.
