  • Track project deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Analyze processes and identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Ensure migration activities remain organized, documented, and on schedule.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and communicate project status effectively.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution during testing and deployment phases.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with testing, QA processes, validation, or UAT activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating technology-related projects or initiatives.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and quickly learn new technologies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Banking or financial services experience.
  • Experience supporting application, infrastructure, or platform migrations.
  • Experience working with vendor-hosted solutions.
  • Process mapping and documentation experience using Visio or similar tools.
  • Exposure to Azure environments or cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with payment processing, document management, or operational technology platforms.

Ideal Candidate
  • Fast learner with strong learning agility.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Strong collaborator capable of working across multiple teams.
  • Possesses a QA mindset and can think through edge cases and potential risks.
  • Capable of balancing technical understanding with business coordination responsibilities.
