Location: Austin, TX 78753 (Remote from within the State of Texas)

Required Skills:

• 8 Years of Required Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.
• 5 Years of Required Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives
• 5 Years of Required Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop programs, using methodologies such as structured analysis and design or object-oriented development.
• 5 Years of Required Experience in planning and executing tasks independently or in a team setting to accomplish goals.
• 5 Years of Required Full-time experience in computer programming and/or systems analysis.
• 5 Years of Required Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and their integration with end user business processes.
• 5 Years of Required Skills in preparing technical documents of varying complexities for technical and non-technical audiences.
• 5 Years of Required Skill in working with data automation standards and systems administration technologies
• 5 Years of Required Skill in analyzing and interpreting agency organizations, business practices, policies and procedures.
