Job Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support and execute change initiatives within the IT organization. This role will play a key part in driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies across IT projects, contributing to agility transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end OCM activities across IT projects and operations
Conduct stakeholder analysis and support leadership alignment
Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans
Perform change impact assessments and training needs analysis
Support training development and delivery using structured methodologies (e.g., ADDIE/SAM)
Measure and report on change adoption, effectiveness, and risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Promote Agile adoption and continuous improvement culture
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in organizational change management (IT initiatives preferred)
Experience supporting large-scale change initiatives in complex organizations
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and lifecycle
Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate change-related risks
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or related field
Relevant certifications (Prosci, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master/Product Owner, Agile Coach)
Experience in training development and delivery
IT and/or utility industry experience
