Role: Implementation Project Manager

Exp: 12+ Years

Location: Remote (Must be in EST or CST time zone)

Skills Required:

Implementation Lead role to support an Outlook CRM integration initiative.

This role blends program management, technical integration work, and change-support responsibilities,

Ideally have experience working on outlook exchange to CRM but nice to have

- Someone who can do this: The role s a lot of process flows and mapping of data but at a very functional level and understanding how this data path has an impact on how people are using the data-- this is more than the technical architecture underlining the two systems
- Understanding relational databases and process flows
- Strong experience in program management, technology implementation, or operations, ideally within a technology-enabled change initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to apply project management to best practices (e.g., milestone tracking, risk management, governance cadence). PMP or equivalent certification a plus Strong technical proficiency able to understand system architecture, data integration, and workflow design at a conceptual level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decisions.
- Comfort working directly with developers, architects, and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure progress on technical tasks.
- Exposure to change management or transformation programs, with understanding of what drives adoption and behavioral change.
- Experience coordinating or managing projects involving multiple technical systems (e.g., Outlook, CRM, or similar enterprise applications).
- Experience supporting pilot-to-scale transitions preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, IT, data, and change teams, and to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technical concepts and capable of bridging between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
