Implementation Lead
  • Part of the Global Client team-- mission to provide best practices, digital tooling and data to help make them more commercially successful
    • Proposal excellence, relationship excellence-- manager sits in Australia
  • Manager/team
    • Oversees the Program Managers of the group-- bringing product and change together
    • Bring specifically what they''re talking about, relationship excellence program.  CRM for MVP''s, manage all of this for the system
    • This project is implementing a new tool between Outlook and CRM
      • Antiquated tool in right now, passes data from outlook to CRM
      • New tool, more automation, lower touch for leadership and it''s the trifecta of projects to kick off the foundation for relationship excellence
      • Help to solidify the commercial data
        • Have a pretty big gap in this data
      • Change team:
        • Capturing sensitive data
      • Product side:
        • Huge stakeholders to ensure CRM is setup correctly to receive this information
      • Technical teams play a huge role
  • This role
    • The orchestration level, to help her team Program Manage the project-- need to bring together the Workstreams
      • There is a level of Project plan, staying consistent with it
    • This person is the glue, sequencing the workstreams together
    • Will be responsible to keep everything on time
    • Have chosen the tool: had a meeting today to brainstorm the 3 options of implementation they have, eventually will have the whole team at play for these brainstorming sessions
      • Outline this person would have been in that conversation to help brainstorm the pros/cons and best way to roll this out, how to communicate with the EA''s
      • Then as a program team will bring to the broader team for the discussion
    • Will sit on large meetings, create slide decks and help to let know what the presentations are, ensure the plan is getting updated
    • Know process flows, be on a call with technical folks and understand and let them know
    • Her team is getting contracts setup right now, at a very high level they''ll decide what implementation approach they''ll be able to take at this time.
      • They had a workshop with the vendor to figure out the decisions they need to make, data logic that needs to be setup-- this person needs to help organize themselves and what needs to be done/when
    • Will have to create project plan from scratch
    • Introhive-- that''s the tool of choice
      • Database to database, outlook exchange to CRM

    • Understanding relational databases and process flows
    • This is phase 1 of a bigger project

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in program management, technology implementation, or operations, ideally within a technology-enabled change initiative.

Demonstrated ability to apply project management best practices (e.g., milestone tracking, risk management, governance cadence). PMP or equivalent certification a plus

Strong technical proficiency — able to understand system architecture, data integration, and workflow design at a conceptual level.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decisions.

Comfort working directly with developers, architects, and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure progress on technical tasks

Exposure to change management or transformation programs, with understanding of what drives adoption and behavioral change.

Experience coordinating or managing projects involving multiple technical systems (e.g., Outlook, CRM, or similar enterprise applications).

Experience supporting pilot-to-scale transitions preferred.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, IT, data, and change teams, and to influence without direct authority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable with technical concepts and capable of bridging between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
