Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, including remote coaching for multiple teams.
Demonstrated experience implementing Scrum with new or maturing teams.
Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams in technology environments.
Multiple Agile certifications required (e.g., CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM II/III, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SA, SPC, KMP).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to coach teams and leaders.
Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365.
Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to balance consistency with adaptability.
Commitment to fostering a positive, learning-focused team culture.
