Graphic Designer

Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New Haven, Connecticut. This role is ideal for creative professionals skilled in creating impactful designs across multiple platforms, including print and digital media. You will contribute to the development of brand identities, marketing materials, and publications while ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling graphics for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, logos, and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring all designs align with established guidelines.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to produce high-quality designs.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Prepare and deliver creative assets for marketing campaigns and publications.
Apply your expertise in Figma for digital design tasks and prototyping.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Explore opportunities to incorporate 2D and 3D graphics into designs when applicable.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all visual deliverables.
Support last-minute design requests and contribute to long-term design projects as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
Familiarity with Figma for digital design and prototyping.
Ability to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of 2D and 3D graphic design is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
