We are hiring a Contract - Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and support trial activities from patient screening through study completion.
This is great for someone with strong customer service background and preferrably in the medical field.
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, no weekends
Hours: 8a-5pm, Day shifts
Pay: $33-36 per hour + Paid weekly + benefits
Position: Temp-to-hire, 40-hour per week
Contract duration: 5 to 6-months (99% to direct hire)
Location: Anaheim, CA and Fountain Valley, CA

Job Details
The Clinical Research Coordinator works independently providing study coordination including screening of potential patients for protocol eligibility, presenting non-medical trial concepts and details, and participating in the informed consent process
Responsibilities:
Coordinate clinical research studies and patient visits
Screen potential patients for protocol eligibility
Guide patients through the informed consent process
Maintain accurate source documentation and Case Report Forms (CRFs)
Collect, enter, and manage clinical research data
Respond to sponsor queries in a timely manner
Track adverse events and protocol deviations
Coordinate monitoring visits, audits, and study activities
Ensure compliance with FDA, IRB, Google Cloud Platform, and HIPAA guidelines
Work closely with physicians, sponsors, and research staff
Help support patient enrollment and retention efforts
Qualifications:
Experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, FDA, IRB, and HIPAA regulations
Experience with clinical trials and research documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
