Job Details

Job Duties
  • Collect, organize, review, and maintain medical and pharmacy records for litigation matters
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, insurance representatives, and legal staff to obtain necessary documentation
  • Monitor and track record requests to ensure timely follow-up and completion
  • Scan, upload, organize, and manage electronic records within internal systems
  • Verify records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and confidentiality standards
  • Assist the litigation team with document preparation and case organization as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive medical and legal information
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements
  • Prior experience handling medical records, legal records, or document coordination preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
