Duration: 90-day contract-to-hire
Location: Nashville, TN
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days onsite after initial training period
Role Summary:
Join a dynamic team modernizing enterprise shared services through Generative AI. As the technical lead, you will own end-to-end architecture and delivery of ServiceNow AI Agent solutions that replace manual processes with intelligent automation. This hands-on position is perfect for an innovator eager to mentor peers, influence C-level strategy, and see their code drive measurable productivity gains across global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead migration of BPO/shared-service functions to GenAI-powered workflows on ServiceNow
- Analyze current-state processes, design future-state AI flows, and define phased rollout & risk-mitigation plans
- Architect conversational AI, orchestration logic, human-in-the-loop controls, and governance standards
- Integrate with SAP, Snowflake, and internal platforms; ensure secure, observable data pipelines
- Approve key design decisions, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable enterprise-grade automation
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 8+ years in enterprise app development/automation with proven production expertise in ServiceNow AI Agent
- Demonstrated success transforming BPO or shared-service operations via AI migration
- Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and risk controls
- History of defining architecture, making autonomous technical decisions, and leading delivery
Required Skills/Experience:
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and AI Agent configuration
- Generative AI solution design, API-based integrations, and conversational AI patterns
- Enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, SAP) familiarity
- Ability to work hybrid in Nashville after training
Other Skills:
- Azure AI Foundry or Microsoft Copilot Studio exposure
- Multi-platform GenAI architecture design
- Global/offshore team collaboration
- Relevant cloud or AI certifications
Important Notes:
- This role reports to the General Manager in New York and interfaces with teams across the U.S. and Japan
