Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the execution of enterprise product initiatives while driving product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, architecture, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-focused digital products. This role requires strong Agile product management expertise, technical understanding, and leadership capabilities within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use customer feedback, market analysis, and product data to drive informed product decisions
  • Define, monitor, and manage success metrics to support product strategy and business outcomes
  • Engage with current and prospective users to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Drive build-test-learn experiments to validate assumptions and improve product direction
  • Create, prioritize, and continuously refine product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to define technical solutions, delivery sequencing, and implementation approaches
  • Own and manage non-functional requirements (NFRs) including scalability, resiliency, performance, observability, and availability
  • Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure security-by-design and privacy-by-design practices
  • Define telemetry, analytics, and instrumentation strategies to measure adoption, reliability, and business impact
  • Ensure production readiness through release planning, feature flag strategies, incident response planning, and operational runbooks
  • Balance feature delivery with modernization initiatives, refactoring, technical debt reduction, and dependency upgrades
  • Develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategy while incorporating stakeholder feedback
  • Ensure development standards and Agile best practices are followed across product teams
  • Mentor and coach team members and cross-functional partners on collaboration, experimentation, product discovery, and execution
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product goals
  • Proactively identify and remove roadblocks impacting product delivery and team productivity
  • Define and improve service processes and service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, digital product management, or related fields
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Agile environments
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into digital or technical product solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, software products, and modern product development practices
  • Experience managing customer expectations and building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience advocating UX/design best practices within enterprise organizations
  • Healthcare, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), or healthcare payer industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in quality improvement and cost optimization initiatives
  • Product management certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and telemetry tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Master’s degree is a plus
