Summary

Required Qualifications

5–8+ years in software QA
Strong SQL expertise: multi-table joins, complex filters, groupings, window functions, subqueries; able to design test data and investigate production issues via SQL.
Proven experience testing data-centric applications (e.g., financial systems, reporting/ETL, APIs, or integrations).
Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, defect lifecycle, and release processes in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
Experience with test management tools (e.g.Azure DevOps Test Plans).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership (planning, delegation, coaching).
Ability to create clear test plans, scenarios, and traceability from requirements/user stories.
