Manual SQA Analyst III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manual SQA Analyst III in Jacksonville, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing and quality initiatives for a large-scale enterprise technology transformation. This individual will work closely with software development, project leadership, and other QA professionals to ensure new functionality and system changes meet business and technical requirements.

This position will play an important role in an enterprise ERP implementation, with a strong preference for candidates who have previous testing experience within an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment. Candidates should also be comfortable working with Oracle databases and SQL queries to investigate issues, validate data, and confirm system functionality. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical QA professional who enjoys investigating complex issues, collaborating across technical and functional teams, and contributing to the successful delivery of a highly visible enterprise initiative.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing test strategies
* Test scenarios and detailed test cases
* Documenting results
* Identifying and managing defects
* Performing regression and validation testing throughout the development lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
* 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, application testing, or a related technical function
* Demonstrated experience creating and executing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases for complex business applications
* Experience supporting testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including functional, integration, regression, and system testing

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience supporting QA and testing within a large-scale enterprise application environment
* Hands-on experience testing ERP or other complex business systems
* Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is strongly preferred
* Familiarity with testing applications that support complex financial, operational, or transactional business processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
